Shipping policy
Each notebook and art piece is carefully handmade and prepared in our studio in Poland. Below you can find details about order processing, delivery times, and shipping conditions.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders (e.g. holiday season or limited collections), processing may take up to 5 business days.
If a specific product description includes a different processing or preparation time, the information provided on that product page will take precedence over this general policy.
We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, postal delays, or force-majeure events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on total weight, size, and destination.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — details will be displayed during checkout.
4. Tracking
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking details within three business days after dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@tobethelight.eu.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders (outside the European Union) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately — we will help you initiate a carrier claim and do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

For information about returns or exchanges, please see our Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
